Forklift Operator — First Shift 9a-5:30p Location: Manchester, PA Pay: $19/hour

We’re hiring a Forklift Operator to support production, inventory, and shipping in a clean, semi‑climate controlled manufacturing facility. You’ll operate sit‑down, stand‑up, and high‑reach forklifts , use RF scanners , and help keep materials moving safely and efficiently.

• Move, load, and unload materials using sit‑down, stand‑up, and high‑reach forklifts.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and record material movement.
• Supply production lines and organize inventory locations.
• Prepare equipment and parts for shipment; verify quality and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation and follow all safety procedures.

• Experience operating multiple forklift types, including high‑reach.
• RF scanner or inventory tracking experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• First‑shift availability.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
