Stand‑Up Forklift Operator — Thomasville, PA $18–$19/hr based on experience First Shift 7a-3:30

A Stand‑Up Forklift Operator responsible for supporting fast‑paced shipping, receiving, and assembly operations. This role centers on 80–95% stand‑up forklift operation , ensuring smooth material flow, accurate scanning, and efficient truck loading/unloading. Success requires strong safety awareness, attention to detail, and teamwork across departments.

• Stand‑Up Forklift Operation — Operate stand‑up forklifts safely and efficiently for most of the shift (80–95%).
• Material Movement — Transport pallets and materials to/from assembly lines to maintain production flow.
• Finished Goods Handling — Remove completed products from assembly areas, wrap, and stage for shipment.
• Truck Loading & Unloading — Load/unload trucks in shipping/receiving, ensuring secure and accurate handling.
• RF Scanning — Scan packages and materials for inventory and shipping accuracy.
• Inventory & Receiving Support — Check in materials, organize inventory, and stage outgoing shipments.
• Additional Equipment Use — Operate pallet jacks and sit‑down forklifts as needed.
• Safety Compliance — Follow all equipment and warehouse safety procedures.
• General Warehouse Support — Break down boxes, clean assembly areas, and assist other departments.
• Team Collaboration — Work cooperatively with colleagues to meet production and shipping goals.

• Stand‑Up Forklift Experience — Minimum 2 years, able to operate independently without training.
• Shipping & Receiving — Experience handling inbound/outbound materials.
• RF Scanner Proficiency — Skilled in scanning, tracking inventory, and processing shipments.
• Material Handling — Safe movement of pallets and products in a warehouse environment.
• Equipment Versatility — Experience with pallet jacks and sit‑down forklifts.
• Attention to Detail — Accurate scanning, verification, and shipment documentation.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
