UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Duties

Directly assists the commander/director ability to effectively manage all administrative support programs, serving as the central information source, and ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and disposition of reports and correspondence.

Manages and serves as the subject matter expert for all administrative support programs, ensuring unit compliance with all laws, policies, and directives.

Serves as the organization's personnel liaison, managing all military and civilian personnel matters.

Serves as the organization's manpower point of contact, managing all civilian and military position requirements.

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Develops and maintaining office procedures, records, and tracking systems.
