Location Main Street,Jenkintown, PA, 19046,United States Base Pay $25.00 - $29.00 / Hour Required Degree 4 Year Degree Travel 75% Manage Others No About the Role The QA Specialist ensures our group homes deliver the highest standards of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Working closely with the QA Director, this role leads compliance monitoring, staff training, incident management, and continuous improvement across our residential programs in PA. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field Minimum 2 years in IDD/ODP services, residential programs, or regulatory compliance Minimum 1 year working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of PA Chapter 6400 regulations and ODP licensing standards Valid PA driver’s license; ability to travel to multiple residential sites throughout PA Must pass all required PA clearances within 5 business days of hire (PATCH, FBI, Central Registry) Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting audits or compliance reviews in a human services setting Supervisory or leadership experience in a group home or similar residential setting Familiarity with HCSIS, EIM, or other ODP reporting systems Certified Investigator (CI) credential, or willingness to obtain certification Skills Strong written and verbal communication Organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles What You’ll Do Conduct regular audits of group home operations, documentation (ISPs, MARs, daily logs, staff files), and physical sites for compliance with PA Chapter 6400 and ODP standards Prepare for and support licensing inspections, provider qualification reviews, and DHS audits Oversee incident reporting, track trends, and develop corrective strategies Collaborate with Program Specialists and Site Coordinators to create and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) Advocate for resident rights and person-centered care; address concerns from residents, families, and staff Generate compliance and quality reports for leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr T E C Industrial Inc
