Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members. Monitor resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization. Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications. Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees. Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision. Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice. Perform clinical duties as required. Manage hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
