We are currently looking for a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist/Cataract Surgeon in Hinsdale who is passionate about enhancing health and improving care for our patients. This role involves collaborating with a care team to explore innovative solutions that advance healthcare.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join a practice consisting of 10 ophthalmologists, 5 optometrists, certified ophthalmic technicians, and a dedicated support team.
• Support our Hinsdale clinic, with potential satellite coverage extending to Naperville and Downers Grove.
• Anticipate starting with 500 cataract surgeries annually, with the potential to grow to 900 cases per year!
• Work in a facility equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities to foster a successful practice from day one.
• Enjoy office hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no Saturday commitments.
• Perform surgeries at Edward Hospital and our Duly Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Lombard.
• Participate in on-call duties approximately 8-9 times a year for one week at a time (Monday to Monday).

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected base salary for this position ranges from $340,000 to $350,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Additionally, this role may qualify for a productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, catalyst training stipend, and relocation bonus, leading to a total target cash compensation between $350,000 and $500,000.
