Schedule: Full-time, Office-Based

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

About the Opportunity

\n

We are seeking experienced Project Coordinators to support active construction projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a construction project support role , working closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, program managers, and homeowners.

\n

The Project Coordinator will help keep projects organized and moving forward by managing scheduling, documentation, permitting, invoicing, and communication between the office, field, and homeowners.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Assist the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination of assigned construction projects
\n
• Schedule subcontractors, crews, inspections, and project milestones
\n
• Assist with preparing cost estimates
\n
• Support permitting activities and track permit status
\n
• Request inspections and gather required supporting documentation
\n
• Communicate directly with homeowners regarding scheduling, site access, and project updates
\n
• Prepare and process invoices
\n
• Process and track warranty claims
\n
• Maintain project documentation in accordance with federal program standards
\n
• Coordinate with program managers and ensure project management systems remain current
\n
• Build and maintain organized builder files for superintendents and field teams
\n
• Provide general administrative and coordination support throughout the project lifecycle
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience coordinating construction, restoration, or grant-funded projects
\n
• Strong Excel and document management skills
\n
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, RedTeam, or similar is preferred
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and project teams
\n
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
\n
• Local to the assigned region preferred
\n
