Real Estate Sales Specialist

We not only provide lots of leads but proven training and mentor support to ensure your success. Our marketing tools and administrative support will allow you to do what you do best--SELL. Responsibilities: • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Attend networking events and participate in open houses to market yourself and increase your sales Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • Great communication and social skills • Tech savvy Previous sales/customer service experience - servers, bartenders, and previous military personnel welcome Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (Don't have one? No problem, we teach in the house!) Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
