This role directly interacts and works together with other operators and team members in our Minnetonka, MN site.How You'll Create ImpactAssembles product within quality guidelines and according to standardized work procedures inside of a Controlled Environment Area (CEA) to fulfill production work plan on timeCommunicate clearly with supervisors, managers, and team members regarding issues, ideas, and solutions. Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment at all times.Responsible for producing high quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment and packaging of medical devicesMust adhere to all company policies and proceduresSupport and/or perform other duties as requiredWhat Makes You Stand OutStrong attention to detail with the ability to handle and maneuver small components and partsAbility to effectively execute work orders according to instructions, policies, and proceduresBasic understanding of quality systems.Strong communication skills in order to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be results-orientated and have sense of urgency in order to drive and meet production deadlinesMust work well in a multi-disciplined and fast-paced environmentExtremely comfortable with accountabilityYour BackgroundHigh School Diploma or GED required, 2-year technical degree preferred.1-3 years of experience in within the medical device industry in a manufacturing roleExperience working in cleanroom manufacturing environmentsPreferred understanding of Lean Six-Sigma TechniquesBasic Computer skills and ability to use online Quality systemTeam player with positive attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skillsPhysical RequirementsTravel ExpectationsEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
