1st Shift Production Operator

Production OperatorWe're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Production Operator to join our second-shift team. This position is responsible for measuring materials, attaching clippers, applying resin mixtures, performing edge sealing, and packaging finished products according to production instructions. The operator plays an important role in preparing products to meet quality and performance standards.This shift runs from 5:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday with occasional OT on Fridays.ResponsibilitiesMeasure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications and route instructionsAttach clippers and apply resin mixture to ensure proper fit and finishPerform edge sealing and prepare finished products for packaging and shipmentRead and follow work orders, route sheets, and quality requirementsOperate forklifts safely to move materials and finished productsInspect work for accuracy and quality throughout the processMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety rules and company proceduresQualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided)Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurementsPrevious forklift driving experience preferred, must have previous experience or willing to learn.
