Join us and be a part of a team that puts people first! About The Opportunity As a Production Worker at EMR, you’ll play a key role in our daily shredder operations at our Becker, MN location. In this role, you will remove and sort material from conveyor belts, help maintain a clean shredder facility, and support overall yard cleanliness. Key Responsibilities Remove trash, wood, paper, and plastics from conveyor belts Sort and place materials into the correct chutes or onto conveyors Clean the yard by sweeping, raking, and picking up debris Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to work independently Basic math skills Able to lift and handle up to 50 pounds Capable of performing physical tasks in various environments Compensation And Benefits Monday - Friday, 6:00am-6:00pm (no nights, no weekends) $19/hour, full-time, year-round PTO and 9 paid company holidays Medical and dental insurance Employer paid vision insuranceEmployer paid life insurance HSA and FSA with employer contribution 401(k) with company match
