Production Worker / Woodshop FabricatorJoin a skilled production team where you will build custom exhibits, crates, and display components using a variety of woodworking tools and materials. This role is ideal for individuals with woodshop, carpentry, cabinetmaking, or fabrication experience who take pride in quality craftsmanship and working safely.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.Maintain accurate production records, including timecards, material logs, and cut sheets.Operate woodworking equipment safely and efficiently, including:Table sawsJointersBand sawsRoutersDrill pressesNail guns and staple gunsOther shop equipment as neededAssemble fabricated components using knock-down (KD) construction methods and specialized fasteners.Work with a wide variety of materials, including:LumberPlywoodMDFAcrylicMetalsLaminatesWood veneersPlasticsCreate and utilize cut sheets to maximize material efficiency and minimize waste.Build shipping crates and containers according to specifications and production schedules.Test-fit exhibit and display components to ensure proper assembly and functionality.Manage workload effectively to meet production deadlines.Collaborate with team members and follow supervisor direction to ensure project success.Assist with additional production and shop duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinetmaking, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.Ability to safely operate woodworking and hand tools.Ability to read measurements and use basic shop math.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment.Dependable, team-oriented, and safety focused.Pay & SchedulePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourWeekly PayImmediate Start Available1st Shift:6:00 AM - 2:30 PM7:30 AM - 3:30 PMApply Today!If you have woodworking, fabrication, carpentry, or production experience and are looking for a high-paying opportunity with weekly pay and immediate openings, we'd love to hear from you.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, MN.
