General Production Worker - Molding

$22/hr | 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Looking for a dependable production worker to join a small team in a molding environment. You'll rotate through different stations on the line to help produce foam and plastic products.

Job Duties:

• Load materials into molds
• Spray molds to prevent sticking
• Operate simple production equipment
• Remove finished parts from molds
• Inspect parts for quality
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Help keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

• 6+ months of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Comfortable with repetitive work and standing throughout the shift
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
