Location Abita Springs, LA (ANS) - Customer service - N2 purging & inerting Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Travel: As required to repair pumping equipment on work sites and district shops to assist in maintaining equipment Salary $24.00 - $27.00/hour Benefits Comprehensive Family Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance. Responsibilities Maintain, repair, and overhaul diesel tractors and specialized systems to meet DOT standards and safety protocols. Implement creative solutions to ensure smooth equipment flow and translate maintenance reports into impactful service strategies. Collaborate with the team to communicate technical needs, maintain a "Safety First" environment focused on proactive maintenance. Required Qualifications 1+ year of automotive maintenance/mechanical experience. Experience with basic hand and power tools. Ideally bring own basic hand tools. Knowledgeable in gasoline engine mechanics and preventative maintenance. Valid driver's license (non-CDL). Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED; two years of technical college or military technical experience. Familiarity or interest in cryogenics. Familiarity or interest in hydraulics.
