Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, aligning them with clients’ specific goals and preferences.

• Provide individual therapy sessions across various age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring timely documentation of all interactions.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients’ evolving needs and progress over time.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, integrating feedback and insights from other healthcare professionals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and couples, who seek assistance for a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida.

• Proven experience providing individual and couples therapy, with a minimum of two years in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
