Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique circumstances and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide supportive counseling to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, resulting in improved coping strategies and mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, participating in case discussions and treatment planning to ensure holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of all client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Safe Talk Counseling, you will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health services. Clients will present a range of conditions that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
