Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
