Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring their specific mental health needs are met.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, suited to individual, family, and group dynamics.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Talk Consult, you will primarily work with individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Michigan.
