Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs, establishing rapport and trust with each individual.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include therapeutic strategies, interventions, and measurable goals to maximize the effectiveness of counseling.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and supportive talk therapy, to address clients' concerns and foster healing.

• Regularly review and adapt treatment interventions based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a responsive and individualized approach.

• Offer guidance on managing emotional and financial commitments related to therapy, helping clients navigate the therapeutic process with understanding and support.

• Encourage personal growth and self-reflection through ongoing discussions, promoting positive behavioral changes and healthy relationships.

• Monitor and document client progress, adherence to treatment plans, and changes in emotional well-being using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who seek support for various emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• State licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a minimum of two years of experience in providing counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
