Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify and understand the unique mental health needs of each client.

• Communicating effectively with supervisors, direct support staff, and collateral sources (such as families and guardians) to update them on an individual’s progress and any necessary changes in treatment plans.

• Creating and managing a detailed schedule for appointments, home visits, and observational meetings to ensure comprehensive care.

• Coordinating and executing home visits for in-depth client evaluations, chart reviews, and quality assurance in service delivery.

• Implementing and monitoring treatment plans to ensure they are effectively meeting the needs of each client.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate with fellow professionals on case management and treatment strategies.

• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress through detailed notes to track client advancements and setbacks.
\n
• Providing training and support to staff members to enhance their competency in implementing program plans and documentation processes.

• Continuing to follow up with clients through interviews and home visits to guarantee they receive sustained support as their needs evolve.

• Maintaining clear and organized records that facilitate communication between all parties involved in a client's care.

• Acting as a liaison with community resources and fostering partnerships to support developmental goals for clients.

• Contributing to the creation of training materials aimed at enhancing program delivery and overall client service.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and the caseload assigned. In addition to a competitive salary, our benefits package includes:
