Construction Loan Draws Specialist

Columbia Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to review and manage construction loan documents in line with credit policy. You will coordinate draws, liaise with RMs, inspectors, and title representatives, and ensure proper implementation of terms across all construction phases. Ideal candidates have 5 years in commercial real estate or construction lending, with 2–4 years in title/escrow, plus strong computer and communication skills.
