Human Resources Specialist

Our client, a well-established contracting organization seeking a Human Resources & Talent Specialist to join their growing HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruiting, relationship building, employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this person will have exposure to a broad range of HR functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development. What You'll Do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and identify qualified candidates. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring logistics. Track recruiting activity and metrics to help improve hiring effectiveness. Partner with HR and Marketing on employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Employee Experience & HR Support Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives. Maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruiting data. Assist employees with HR-related questions and internal communications. Coordinate performance review, mentorship, and employee development activities. Support HR compliance and best practices. Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
