This is a split position between Belmont and Worthington Healthcare Centers. Our therapists are In-House Team Members. Implements treatment plan through direct treatment and collaboration with Occupational Therapist, education of treatment staff and other members of team involved in the treatment plan, as well as family consultation and training. Complies with the documentation requirements of the rehab department and facility under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
