As a growing national company, we've recently expanded operations into Florida, continuing our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction across all markets.We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Client Relations Specialist to join our in-office team. This position plays a vital role in both customer service and operational accuracy. You will serve as a point of contact for individuals whose property has been repossessed, as well as a liaison between our company and lender partners. Your primary responsibilities will involve scheduling appointments for property retrieval, managing account details, and ensuring all documentation and processes are error-free.Key responsibilities include:Answering incoming calls from individuals regarding personal property retrieval.Scheduling and confirming appointments with accuracy and professionalism.Providing detailed vehicle and property descriptions to lenders and clients, including updates on recovery attempts.Providing clear, respectful, and empathetic communication to all callers.Maintaining and managing account records with precision.Collaborating with Repossession Agents on details of active repossession orders.Serving as a liaison between our team and financial institutions, ensuring their account expectations are met without error.Reviewing and verifying data to ensure accuracy in all communications and transactions.Collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines and resolve issues quickly.What we're looking for:Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured office environment.Prior experience in customer service, collections, or account management is a plus.Basic computer skills and familiarity with internal software systems (training provided).Benefits:Paid personal time off.Health Insurance401k MatchingBonus opportunities for company-wide goal achievementsSchedule:Full-Time, Monday–FridayHours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with one hour mandatory lunchIn-office, on-site only (remote work is not available for this role)Compensation:$18.00- $20.00 Per Hour, based on experienceRequirements:Valid Ohio Driver's License23 years of age or olderApplicants must pass an F.B.I. background check.Pass pre-employment drug screeningHigh School Diploma or GED NATIONAL ASSET RECOVERY SPECIALISTS INC
