Who We're Looking For

We're seeking licensed Property & Casualty insurance professionals who:

Have experience selling personal lines insurance

Enjoy building relationships and closing business

Want to maximize their earning potential

Thrive in a competitive, team-oriented environment

Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service

Previous experience with an independent agency, captive agency, or direct writer is highly valued.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Advisor, you will:

Help customers protect what matters most by recommending the right coverage

Quote and sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Motorcycle, and Umbrella insurance

Follow up on marketing leads and referral opportunities

Prospect for new business through networking and referrals

Cross-sell additional products to existing customers

Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Contribute to a high-performance team focused on growth and customer satisfaction

Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License (required)
