Job Title: LPN Wing Supervisor

Location: Kane, PA
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Shift: Nights | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on | 84 hours biweekly
Pay: $26.00/hour + $0.75 Night Shift Differential

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate LPN Wing Supervisor to oversee resident care and support Nursing Assistants while ensuring high-quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working closely with residents and making a positive impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications, treatments, vital signs, glucose checks, and other physician-ordered care.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN Supervisor.
• Supervise and guide CNAs/Nursing Assistants to ensure proper resident care.
• Update care plans, complete documentation, incident reports, and monthly summaries.
• Assist physicians with rounds, examinations, treatments, and specimen collection.
• Manage staffing assignments and assist with orientation and training of nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment for residents.
• Document care using the facility’s EHR/EMR (PCC) system.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license or temporary work permit at the time of interview.
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Long-term care/nursing home experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, observation, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate approach and dedication to caring for elderly residents.
