Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of North Carolina
• Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) as well as seasoned SLPs and travelers seeking a rewarding assignment
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (no virtual options available)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
• Engage in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive school atmosphere through inclusive practices and advocacy for student success
