Role Description

Traction Forge Financial, leveraging the strength of GFI, is actively expanding across Missouri and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a meaningful career while helping others create a stronger financial future.

We believe financial education and guidance should be accessible to everyone. Our mission is to help individuals, families, and business owners better understand their financial options and develop strategies designed to support long-term financial stability and growth.

By partnering with nationally recognized financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies, we are able to provide complimentary financial consultations tailored to each client’s goals and needs.

We are currently seeking coachable, driven, and people-focused individuals interested in developing professionally within the financial services industry. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, have strong communication and customer service skills, and are looking for long-term growth potential. No prior financial experience is necessary.

Through our hands-on training and mentorship program, you will learn how to:

Conduct financial consultations with individuals and families
Build customized financial game plans
Educate clients on retirement planning, investments, wealth-building strategies, college planning, and insurance solutions
Develop leadership and relationship-building skills
Grow a professional network within your local Missouri community

Minimum 18 years of age
Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen, or Work Permit with SSN
