Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of residential and commercial contents projects - Oversee pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs - Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and warehouse operations - Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers - Ensure job documentation, estimates, and billing are accurate and timely - Maintain quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

✔ 4+ years experience in restoration contents management ✔ Proven experience as a Contents Project Manager or similar leadership role ✔ Knowledge of Xactimate and restoration software preferred ✔ Strong documentation and inventory management skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously ✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
