Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts across our campus locations and corporate departments. You'll partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related experience Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and hiring regulations Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities Manage and maintain job postings across the career site, ATS, and external job boards Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and identify top talent for consideration Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience Prepare and coordinate employment offers and candidate follow-up Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide pipeline updates Provide training and support to hiring managers on ATS functionality and recruiting best practices Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Lincoln Tech's employment brand Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment regulations Full-Time Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holidays Growth Opportunities About Us For over 80 years Lincoln Tech has been one of the nation's leading providers of career training in Healthcare, Automotive/Diesel, Skilled Trades, and Information Technology.
