You'll own the full talent pipeline, identifying, attracting, and onboarding the region's top real estate professionals while building a development engine that turns good agents into great ones. You'll design coaching programs, run high-energy masterminds, and lead goal-setting sessions that move the needle on production. You'll track the metrics that matter: agent count, retention, units closed, revenue per agent, and use them to make smart, fast decisions. Culture isn't an afterthought here; it's your product.
