Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time

Salary: $34–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexibility, a supportive environment, and the ability to make a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Position Overview:
You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide treatment that improves mobility, safety, and overall function for residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver prescribed therapy interventions including exercise, gait training, and mobility work
• Assist residents with transfers, positioning, and use of assistive devices
• Monitor patient tolerance and progress during sessions
• Communicate effectively with the supervising PT and care team
• Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Active PTA license required
