$34–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility team and provide high-quality rehabilitation care to residents.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist, including exercises, mobility work, and functional training
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, balance activities, and strengthening exercises
• Track progress, document sessions, and report updates to the supervising PT
• Support a safe, clean therapy environment and prepare equipment for sessions
• Educate residents on exercises and techniques to support recovery
