Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. Join a team focused on helping residents improve independence and daily function.

What You'll Do:

• Provide therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
• Lead therapeutic exercises to improve strength, coordination, and mobility
• Observe and document resident progress and report updates to the OT
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment space and prepare equipment
