Senior Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney – No Billable Hour Target Salary: $125,000 - $200,000 per year About us We are seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution, including complex contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation. Handle complex commercial litigation matters such as contract disputes, business dissolutions, and other business litigation matters. Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather necessary information and evidence for each case. Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and persuasive arguments and presentations for depositions, court hearings, and trials. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents effectively. Provide sound legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and strategies in an understandable way. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to achieve optimal outcomes. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney focused on contract disputes, business dissolutions, and business litigation. Admission to the Alabama (AL) state bar. Proven experience in trial practice, courts, depositions, and discovery. Exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to handle high volume of cases and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
