We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Birmingham office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated attorney who is eager to gain hands‑on experience in liability cases and work on a wide range of litigation matters. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of liability matters, including premises liability, personal assault, and other litigation in the retail and hospitality sectors. Conduct depositions (including expert depositions), mediations, and other key litigation activities. Collaborate with a team of three attorneys and three paralegals in a dynamic, client‑focused environment. Qualifications Experience in federal court is strongly preferred. Skilled in depositions, expert depositions, and mediations. Ability to work onsite 3–4 days per week and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
