Ready to take your healthcare customer service experience to the next level? LaSalle Network is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a national leader in benefit plan administration. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Handle high call volumes from patients with benefit inquiries
- Break down complex details like copays, coinsurance, deductibles, coverage and EOBs
- Assist with claims processing as needed
- Engage directly with both providers and members to ensure resolution
- Must bring recent commercial insurance experience
- Solid background in explaining EOBs
- 2+ years of member-facing customer service experience in healthcare
- Work Model: Fully remote with equipment provided
- Compensation: $18.00 per hour

- Schedule: Training is 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. CST, and post-training schedules are performance-based between 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. CST.
