This facility is recognized as one of the best hospitals in the nation for clinical quality. It holds a prestigious designation for nursing excellence. The unit features 32 individual patient rooms. The staffing includes a mix of charge RNs, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and health unit coordinators. Patient ratios are designed to ensure attentive care. Common equipment used includes walkers, bedside commodes, and various lifting devices. The electronic medical record system utilized is Cerner. The unit offers a supportive and dynamic work environment. Ideal candidates will be team players who thrive in a fast-paced setting. The ability to provide compassionate care is essential. Weekend shifts are required every other week.
