As a Sr Portable Gas Detection Training Professional at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering customer training programs. Your expertise in instructional design and training methodologies will support the development of engaging training initiatives that drive exceptional customer experiences and align with our organizational goals.You will report directly to our Portable Gas Detection Product Growth Leader and will work out of our Houston, TX or Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by ensuring our sales team, distributors, and customers are well-equipped to understand and use our portable gas detection and software solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and deliver internal and external portable gas detection training programs tailored to various levels and roles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and close skill gaps.Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve training content and delivery methods for maximum engagement and effectiveness.Support the offering management team in the development of white papers, revision of manuals, and other customer-facing documents.Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
