Benefits Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Process customer policy change requests. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. Complete Evidence of Insurance requests. Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Take premium payments from customers. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring. Return all phone messages promptly. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Requirements Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Professional phone etiquette. Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
