Compensation: $17/hour + 5% bonus

Atrium Staffing is partnering with one of our clients, a rapidly growing technology leader supporting customers across the beverage, medical, and industrial gas industries.

Were looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail background who is ready to grow with an innovative organization.

What Youll Do

• Provide professional customer support through phone, email, and chat
• Assist B2B customers with account questions, orders, product inquiries, and website/dashboard issues
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Make outbound calls to onboard and support new customers
• Identify recurring issues and recommend ways to improve the customer experience
• Manage multiple customer needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation through strong data entry and system navigation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, and chat
• Ability to learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Customer service or call center experience
• B2B customer support experience
• Hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing experience
• Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment
• Associates degree preferred
