A growing neonatal care practice in south metro Atlanta is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join its collaborative team and provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting. Position Highlights: Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity Practice in a Level III NICU with a 25–30 bed unit Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to newborns requiring specialized care Collaborate closely with experienced neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU teams Participate in the evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of neonatal patients Provide patient-centered care focused on the health and wellness of newborns and their families Work in a collaborative environment that values quality, teamwork, and compassionate care Participate in neonatal resuscitation and management of critically ill newborns Communicate effectively with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on newborns and their families Qualifications: Certified or eligible for certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Current or eligible for appropriate Georgia APRN licensure Strong clinical skills and experience caring for critically ill newborns Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered neonatal care Compensation/Benefits: Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) Professional development and continuing education opportunities Location & Lifestyle: South metro Atlanta offers an appealing combination of suburban convenience, affordable communities, and easy access to the cultural and recreational amenities of one of the Southeast’s largest metropolitan areas.
