Flex Laborer/ Small Equipment OperatorEquipment Operator, Flex Labor & Rail Yard WorkerWe are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving light equipment operation, labor, and rail yard work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.Job ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate various types of light equipment.Knowledge of rail yard operations, basic hand tools, and light equipment handling.Knowledge on safely operating tele-handlers, skid steers and other related equipment.Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.QualificationsAbility to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditionsAbility to lift up to 60 poundsComfortable working at heights or tight spacesMechanical aptitude is a plusWelding aptitude is a plusWillingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screeningBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) + Holidays401(k)At JENNMAR Services, our employees are our most valuable asset.
