Locums - Flagstaff, Arizona, Electrophysiology NP/PA Opening

Critical Requirements NP or PA certification required (Electrophysiology)Active Arizona license preferred; will consider licensingDEA requiredMinimum 1 year of Electrophysiology experience requiredAmple experience in electrophysiology required

Coverage Need Full-time coverage requestedMinimum 3-4 weeks per month

Availability (Specific Dates) August 3 - August 7August 10 - August 14August 17 - August 21August 24 - August 28August 31 - September 4September 14 - September 18September 21 - September 25September 28 - October 2October 5 - October 9October 12 - October 16October 19 - October 23November 16 - November 20November 23 - November 27December 21 - December 25January 25 - January 29February 22 - February 26March 1 - March 5

Schedule Hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts8:00 AM - 5:00 PM1-hour lunch includedSchedule: 3-4 weeks per month minimum

Practice Setting ClinicHospital coverage and EP supportAdult patient population

Patient Volume Hospital volume: VariableClinic volume: Approximately 14 patients per day
