About the Role

As a Remote Client Solutions Consultant , you'll combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales. You'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about available benefit programs, educate them on their options, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This is a relationship-focused position built on trust, education, and personalized service—not high-pressure sales tactics.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations

• Conduct benefit overview appointments and answer client questions

• Educate individuals and families on available products and coverage options

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment

• Build long-term relationships by providing outstanding service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and appointment schedules

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development

• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
