Supportive, Collaborative Culture: Partner with HR, accounting, managers, and employees across the organization to resolve issues and keep payroll and benefits operations running smoothly. Duties and Responsibilities: Process accurate, timely bi-weekly payroll for a multi-location workforce, including time records, adjustments, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and reimbursements. Manage payroll changes for new hires, terminations, and employee status updates while maintaining accurate records in the HRIS/payroll system. Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations; reconcile reports, support audits, and coordinate year-end W-2 processing. Resolve employee payroll questions and discrepancies promptly. Administer employee medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement benefits, including enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations. Coordinate open enrollment, employee communications, benefit invoice reconciliation, and vendor issue resolution. Support leave administration, onboarding, HR reporting, compliance activities, and confidential employee recordkeeping. Identify and recommend improvements to payroll and benefits processes.
