Operations Lead, Federal Hiring & Contractor Programs

A leading talent solutions firm is seeking an experienced operations manager in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role involves leading contractor operations to support critical federal hiring and personnel processes. The successful candidate will oversee task order activities and ensure compliance with performance standards. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of project management experience are preferred.
