About the Role:
Donny's Automotive LLC in Albuquerque, NM is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the bridge between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring every vehicle gets the care it deserves. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and conduct vehicle write-ups, accurately documenting service needs and concerns
Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance
Provide repair order updates and follow up with customers throughout the service process
Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines
Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately upon job completion
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and address any service-related concerns professionally
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume service drive efficiently
Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
