Job Description
Warmbrodt & Associates, PLLC is looking for an experienced family law paralegal to join our busy firm! Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with clients
- File organization and management
- Written correspondence
- Communication with opposing attorneys, opposing parties, and outside service professionals
- Efiling pleadings and other documents
- Calendaring deadlines
- Reviewing, organizing, and answering discovery
- Transcribing dictation
- Monitoring and meeting deadlines
- Learn and use file management computer software
- Billing and collecting payments from clients, and
- General office duties such as copying, scanning, and emailing.
- Must be very proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have experience in editing documents.
3+ years’ experience in family law preferred. Typical office hours of 8:30 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. should be expected. There could be some occasional overtime. This position does not allow for telecommuting or "working from home."
Salary is based on skills and experience.
