See for yourself.As a key member of the Foot & Ankle Finance Team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.**Job Title:**Operations Financial Analyst**Reports To:**Operations Finance Manager**Location:** Houston, Texas**Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:**The Financial Analyst will partner with Site leadership to assist in data analysis and decision making in support of the financial health of Enovis’ Foot & Ankle Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of foundational experience as a financial analyst, cost analyst, or inventory control analyst in a manufacturing environment. As a member of the Finance team, the Financial Analyst must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in cross-functional teamwork.**Key Responsibilities:*** Analyze manufacturing process costing, identify variances, and drive adjustments to standards.* Function as a liaison between departments to provide insight and support process improvement associated with manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost reduction initiatives.* Provide analytical support to individual cost center managers* Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and costing and support cost related reporting and analysis.* Support the standard costing process by measuring internal processes and capturing consumption; responsible for ad-hoc cost roll updates in NetSuite* Own the analysis and reporting of inventory tracking* Ensure cycle count programs are compliant with corporate standards.* Assist in the planning and execution of physical inventory audits.* Assist in supporting data requests from internal and external auditors.* Prepare ad-hoc data analysis and reports for operations management as needed.**Minimum Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field of study* 2-4 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing environment* Strong Excel skills to include the ability to build detailed models and manipulate large amounts of data.* Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably NetSuite* Ability to articulate clearly with professional oral and written communication skills.**“Creating better together”.
